I believe I will get me some of that there cinnamon bark and try it. have for ever drank cold ice tea, but never really have drank much hot tea. I'm a coffee drinker my self and cinnamon in coffee may be nasty! I will mess around with the cinnamon sticks and see what happens. CINNAMON TEA I LOVE cinnamon and Do believe it helps deep your blood glucose levels down ! I prefer to use it naturally rather than taking some capsules which are probably more expensive Sprinkle powdered cinnamon on your foods like toast or oatmeal, rice, or when baking chicken. Or make one of my favorite beverages, Cinnamon tea ! Just pit two cinnamon sticks from the spice section of your grocery store, and boil in a gallon of water. No sweetener is needed as the cinnamon gives off a naturally sweet flavor and scent. Drink warm in cold weather or iced and cold on hot days. It is a great thirst-quencher and tastes delicious !
