Guest guest
I second Caryn. I know oxalates are an issue for some people. But vitamin c was a biggie here, too. We used large doses. He's in much better shape now, so I don't do therapeutic doses daily. I just up it when he's looking/feeling like crap. Oxalate avoiding people could try coQ10 -tammy To: mb12 valtrex Sent: Sun, March 13, 2011 1:46:22 PMSubject: Anxiety Re: Supplement Break We eliminated anxiety with high dose vitamin C. Guest guest
Well, the bad news here is that the vitamin c conversion to oxalate happens in ALL humans (not just " sensitive " or leaky gut ones.) It's not like the dietary oxalate from veggies, that may bind with calcium and be excreted. The conversion occurs intracellularly. Mega doses of Co-Q10 will rid you of tapeworms, apparently. I wonder if anxiety will go away with that too.BTW I am ridding myself of anxiety by doing low oxalate diet. Go figure! LOL I second Caryn. I know oxalates are an issue for some people. Guest guest
We used a combo of 5-HTP and GABA to help ease the anxiety. For some children, naturals are not enough and those kids may need a prescription medication.
