This is precisely why our children have autism, because their immune

systems are not working enough to kill their germs. Think about how

awful you feel when you get the flu. But, what if your immune system

didn't fight off the flu germs, and instead they lived in you. It would

cause a lot of problems, of course. This is why our children start

getting flus and fevers when their immune systems start working

properly. Their bodies start putting up the fight that they should to

kill their germs.

Their immune systems are exhausted. They work, but just not enough. I

want to also give a good theory as to why fevers reduce symptoms. Some

of the docs feel that most children with autism have pleomorphic

bacteria like Lyme, Bartonella, mycoplasma, etc. Lyme changes shape,

and can hibernate in a form that protects it from being killed. It

doesn't like heat, so likely hibernates in heat. When they hibernate,

they are not causing the immune system to react much, thus the swelling

goes down, and so do the symptoms. (Swelling is the immune system's way

of increasing blood flow to the areas to give them extra attention

towards healing.) When the pathogens hibernate, you can get an

immediate change in symptoms. They can hibernate and come out of

hibernation within seconds. This could also explain why symptoms return

directly after the fever leaves. There could be other reasons as well,

but for now, I am sticking to this theory since my family did test

positive to several tick-borne infections, of which Lyme, Bartonella,

Babesia (protozoa) and a bunch of other bacteria and viruses are. Upon

treatments for such, lots of die-off came, and huge reductions in

symptoms. Also note that my children have never been bit by a tick, so

the theory goes that I gave the infections to them via birth or they got

them from fleas, lice, pets, mosquitos or who knows how. There are a

lot of unknowns.

Love and prayers,

Heidi N

Toni...Okay I think I understand that the fever makes the body work

properly...so, why wouldn't he have a fever all the time? It's like he

has this

'infection' and the body isn't fighting it all the time -- like it

should. Am I

seeing this properly? I think I understand what you are saying, I am just

confused as to why he wouldn't have a fever all the time.

I never considered viral. I think I was naive to think it wasn't. I

guess I was

just hoping. lol!

I don't really treat fevers either - except at night when I can't

monitor it.

(he hasn't had a real fever since we started biomed - except really 2

times, and

both times I didn't give him anything)

Tammy - I tried to look up your post...would you post it again..

Hi Heidi,

My son tested neg for lyme and bartonella, but a zyto scan showed he had them,we also did a live blood analysis and seen two different types of parasirtes climbing out of blood cells as they died,as you can imagine docs wont treat anything they believe does not exist,i used mms 6 drops daily for about 6 months but in the end could not get him to take it,presently he is on rizol gamma 10 drops per day, when we introduced iodine about 5 weeks ago ,he has had a bad few weeks especially at full and new moon, this to me means parasites,i have no proof he has lymes the person doing the live blood analysis could not identify them some type of spirocytes he said.

how did you treat yopur infections,we have done zithromax and minocycline in the past athe minocycline made him deadly sick but he could tolerate it at a very low dose, both antibiotics were for 3 months, but i never seen any improvement with any of these treatments

what have you used and what changes have you seen, feel battling in dark here,we are in Ireland and it is so behind  in everything.

like you dont knowe where he got lymes if he has it prob from me.would you have used iodine and if so would you have had  this reaction, decided to stop it yesterday,as his body seems to be in overload,

thank you
