I have a document set out to got to all member upon joining and every two weeks that specifically states how to unsub from this group. Are people not getting it?

Cheryl, I've never gotten one. Maybe there's a glitch....

I don't know what the problem is. I have *Helpful Tips* in the files section set to auto-send and it doesn't seem to be auto-sending...

Personally don't understand how it's hard to understand? :-?Anyway, good thinking re: the auto-send feature... would be nice if it worked LOL
