I must admit I'm lazy, and I know it isn't good.

know it doesn't. makes me tired, but any kind of exercise should make you

tired if you are exercising right.

actually I am as well by nature or I wouldn't be over 100 pounds over weight.

I just had the poop scared out of me enough lately that I made up my mind to

keep living if God is willing. If he is, then I got to do my part and that means

move my fat butt! no one can do it for you or I. it is simply a thing we got to

do by our self. just like death is also by our self. there has to be some kind

of exercise to do that can hold your interest enough to do it. we have to take

care of our self, because every one else is busy taking care of there own self.

I don't always like to exercise, but then I don't like to keep going to the

hospital with heart problems and sugar to high. we can read and hear all the

good news there is about how to do it right, but if we as a individual can't put

the good news in to actions, well I suppose you just need to tell God when you

get to heaven that you just didn't have what it took to be healthy. the way I

got it figured is I may die next week or before, but I plan to inter in to

heaven just a touch smaller then I was last month. I'm Praying that he will

leave me here long enough to get below 200 for the first time since 1989. won't

take as much lumber to make my box at this weight. O wait just a minute! I

donated my fat butt to science and I don't need a wooden box.

A free exercise you can do at home.

If you have a second floor, make up reasons to climb the stairs as many times a

day as you want to. I do this, but more to help my joints.

I have an inside basement.

I guess I should do it in the morning and get it over with.

I hate the morning.

There is one of those bikes at my mother=in-law's house. My son needs to

borrow a truck from a friend and bring it so he doesn't have to disassemble

it. It was from 's Dad who had diabetes and a lot of heart problems.

Dad passed away on April 7, 2007. I have a hard time believing it will be

five years on Saturday. It will be the Saturday before Easter again. We

have his electric wheelchair here and unfortunately is too ill to use

it. I wish we would have had this good one about ten years ago. had

an electric scooter from 1997 until it got so old in the 2000s. We bought

it used and also got a lot of use out of it. But Dad qualified for one of

these really nice chairs. It is like a Hover Round but from another

company.

So even before I found out I was diabetic I asked for the bike to be brought

over here and it has not happened yet. I will tell Georgie that I have been

told I have to exercise or I will end up in the hospital.

A free exercise you can do at home.

well we will Pray you don't end up in the hospital, but doing some exercise

each day will increase your chances of staying out of the hospital for sure.

exercise really doesn't hurt after you get pass the attitude of this really

sucks! actually you can learn to like the feeling that exercise will give you.

then if you notice the pounds coming off and a few inches as well, then you will

learn to appreciate the exercise and then it becomes just a part of your daily

life that you won't ignore.

A free exercise you can do at home.

I walked in all the rooms upstairs on the second floor.

The basement is the first floor, but the living room and all is upstairs.

The front door is on the same floor as the living room.

I took a break after the stairs and layed down then walked the rooms 5

minutes before my soap came on.

Not much exercise today.

Good going, girl! That is a start. I do walk the stairs when I am doing

clothes but have not just gone up and down for the fun of it.

A free exercise you can do at home.

what you do is walk up and take the banister down. sliding down a banister

is just to cool! actually I heard a doc say one time that walking down the

stairs was more helpful then walking up them.

A free exercise you can do at home.

I am looking forward to that. With in bed all of the time here I

cannot afford to go in the hospital. I know I am probably exhausted too but

I have to take care of him. If I went he would have to be admitted too or

have to go to a home I suppose.
