Guest guest
I learned a long time ago all you can eat is not diabetic friendly. I've gone with others, and cringed at the wasted money. You should never get your monies worth at an all you can eat restaurant. Guest guest
It would be about as bad as it can be if it were fried in coconut oil. Coconut oil is one of the most unhealthy oils out there. Guest guest
nothing fried is good for any one! not even in coco oil. but I have heard good things about coconut oil. actually got some right now and use it just a bit here and there. they say it is better then olive oil, but I don't know if this is true or not. all you can eat! > Ever went to a all you can eat restaurant? Guest guest
Every now and then, social etiquette requires us to go along for the ride! Fortunately, we don't go to these all you eat places more than once or twice a year. We happened to go out to breakfast the other day (the morning I had blood work actually, which I'll be finding out about tomorrow), and the restaurant had an all you can eat buffet, along with menu service. My wife had the buffet, and I did not. Guest guest
I agree. I have tried steamed fish once and thought it was terible. I think I have had grilled catfish which wasn’t too bad. At least it isn’t covered with corn meal, just spiced up and grilled. Guest guest
I have grilled catfish before. I rubbed it all over with real butter that was melted and lots of spices and it wasn't to bad. hard to for get though how good fried catfish use to be though for me. Salmon, tuna, sord and other sea fish like that is grate grilled or baked, but fresh water fish like catfish, bass, kralpy, spoon Bill and all the rest just aren't as good unless you roll them in corn meal and a bit flour with salt and pepper and then frie them. now back in the old times I heard they would cook the fish down in the coals some way. I have no clue how they would clean it off before they ate it though. I guess if you where hungry enough even raw fish wouldn't be bad. my Momma would cook the life out of fish and turn it in to rubber. she simply cooked it way to long. when I grill or bake sea fish it never cooks on either side more then 7 minutes. when you can slake it off with a fork it is done. you can over cook fish and steak in my opinion. A rib eye is made to eat medium and not well done. to me well done meat just doesn't taste as good as medium. I know chicken and pork both has to be well done or you could get sick. nothing in the world as good as a rare piece of steak on the grill. leave a little moo still in the meat and it will melt in your mouth! all you can eat! > Ever went to a all you can eat restaurant? Guest guest
I just bought some stuff from schwans. Going to try the ranchero sandwich. The guy told me when you thaw a sandwich you don't have to put anything on it. Bought some fish, and going to try these green bean fries. Bought some soup too and other goodies. Just need to get fresh fruit and stuff like milk at the store. Usually I don't buy a lot of stuff. Becky all you can eat! > >> Ever went to a all you can eat restaurant?
