Hi everyone. I'm Chris(tine). I have been trying to IE for a while now.

I am good at recognizing and waiting to eat when hungry. But, I am not good at

stopping when satisfied.

I gave up sugar and most carbs for Lent. It is hard! My hubby is diabetic so I

now can sympathize.

Has anyone had success with losing with IE?

I am happy to find a supportive community here!
