I would not use VSL #3 probiotic since it has strep strains.......we use Custom Probiotics which works great.....we do not use the lactate free one but many do use that one.

Which Custom Probiotics product are you using? Our almost 5 year old also has a lot of periodic vocal stimming. We've been using VSL#3 but had some issues with it and I am on the hunt for a new probiotic. We also just heard about Biokult - with 'soil-sourced' probiotics - - Has anyone used that? Has anyone experienced constipation with Custom Probiotics? We have but I don't know how I can use an even smaller dose than the small spoon. We used Kaire Detox and it's great, but I wanted to switch around every few months so I got the Custom Probiotics which we used for a week or so but got constipation. Any advice?Thanks!
