I am going to get some great teas! , glad to see you're posting. It was very helpful being buddies with you this summer, and I noticed that when we lost touch, my mindful eating slacked. Sometimes I just don't care, and then I start to again, mostly by looking at the postings. BTW, I appreciate your openness.
