Lou here reporting from " DUMPSTER LAND " . I feel like I have been

sent to as dumpster and am no good at all anymore. Listen to this guys.

Here's the scoop on the ole' eye. Prob. won't talk about it any more

after this.

Dr. took my new left eye lens he prescribed and we started over

on the left eye with the eye machine. After struggling to see anything

at all legible to read, 20 min. or so, he came to the conclusion that

my eye is DONE> GET A PATCH AND WEAR IT. BE A PIRATE IN THE KITCHEN!!!

Well, he said it is a medical problem and not an optical problem. I

have an appt set up with the eye surgeon on the 24th, so will tell him

about it. Dr. said no matter what he did to get the distortion

out of the eye and the smallness of objects and double vision (Phew) it

wasn't going to happen. SO, I had an idea, (strange we are paying him

and I have the idea)??????????????????????????

Take the prescription from my old glasses, (left lens only) and put

that prescription in the machine. Wow, what a difference, little

blurry, but everything else is fine. No distortions, smallness, double

vision, Nothing!!! Woo-haa

So he put in my old lens for now that I had in the left eye and ordered

me a new one (old one was scratched a little) no charge, so to make

long story shorter, I am back where I started.

WHAT'S THAT SAYING ABOUT COMING: FULL CIRCLE? HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

Sense of humor kickin' in again. O my goodness. Will wonders never

cease.

At least I know that the eye will prob. never get any better and that

the surgeon will prob. have to do cataract surgery down the road, then

maybe the ole' eye will straighten up, right?

Dr. told me that the new lens he had put in the new glasses, my

brain was not accepting the new lens and rejected it.

I AM ABOUT TO " REJECT " FROM THE EARTH> lol
