I have a friend who has literally been sick all winter. 40 yrs old in reasonably good health. She's just been diagnosed with mono. Since its been one viral thing after another for her for months, I've been suggesting OLE because it's a silver bullet for my son. Could anyone please share the supps commonly used for mono? Many thanks!Gayle

I'd also recommend anything that supports the mitochondria. Think mito supplements, mito disease stuff.I figure if the mitochondria are having a rough time keeping the virus under control, giving them some help is worth it.

L-carnitine, CoQ10, etc
