Our son has this on his penis when he has a UTI. Dr can culture a urine sample. Sent from my iPhone

Forgot to mention the rash is on the tip of the forskin; base of penis and on top of scrotum. Thanks

was it like white like dried salt? if so that can be yeast

No. Just red. Urine sample was cutured. Dr said it was e coli bacteria.Sent from my iPhone
