In Jan we started the SCD diet after 4 years on the GFCF with good results but still major tummy issues. SCD has been wonderful for the first 7 weeks. Perfect bowel movements, calmer, happier, focused, huge change! But recently he seems to be regressing. We have done tinidazole and diflucan in the past numerous times to kill the yeast without major side effects other then aggression. So, we started diflucan and tinidazole 3 days ago, saw the usual aggression, dark circles but he also just vomitted this morning, two times and then bounced back (still aggressive). Do you think this could be yeast die off? He has never gotten sick to his stomach before with these drugs? Right before we did diflucan and tinidazole we did a anti parasite drug for three days, the whole family, with no side effects. I am so confused because he also has had a cough for 2 weeks and been a bit down and out but never complaining of belly aches...there is so much going around it could just be a virus but that sounds like a pretty quick virus to be done within 2 vomit sessions.
