Hi group.

My name is Serena and have a 14 yo dd with AS and ADD who just started MB-12

injections 5 days ago. I would welcome any encouragement as we start this

journey.

A bit of history...we did a self-dx at age 5 when she had had an autistic

regression with booster vaccines. The only biomedical we have tried are enzymes.

No prescription med, nothing else except melatonin. In the last year or so I

have been hoping for relief from increased anxiety and poor socialization, lack

of appetite, sleep issues and worsening ADD.

The first glimmer of change came last night when she unexpectedly fell asleep

before 9 pm on the sofa. Typically she takes melatonin when she remembers (not

last night) and then goes to sleep between 11 pm-1 am. The only time I can

remember her sleeping early like that was when she had the flu or was really

sick. Interesting. Other than that, it seems like her focus is worse than usual

and maybe she's a bit grumpier.

Thanks for reading.

Hi serena,

You might be dealing with puberty, here. (Have fun with that!)

Try some l-theanine or CALM. Also, if you live in a climate with cold winters, you should think about supplementing vitamin d in the winter months.

The mb12 might kick up yeast, so keep an eye on that. xtra b12 will sometimes deplete b6 and vice versa, so you might want to consider supplementing that, as well - especially for girls during the teen years.

hope this helps,

Tammy
