Guest guest
,YAY!thanks for sharing your success! any tips to share?that's fabulous!all the best, abby Hi everyone. I love this group. I wanted to share a breakthrough that I am having. I am beginning to not think about food all of the time. I eat and as long as I am not still hungry or feeling full then my mind is much more easily distracted by other things. It has taken me a while to get to this point though. Thanks,
Guest guest
Hi, . Congratulations! How long did it take you? It helps so much to know what other people's journeys are like, even as we remind ourselves that we're all different and yours may take longer than mine. April Hi everyone. Guest guest
I have been trying non diet methods since last year but I finally committed to myself around the end of last year. I have lost about 5 pounds overall. I have another 65 to lose to be where I want. I think that once you look at food as food then it doesn't have such a hold on you. It takes a while to get to that place. A tip that I saw somewhere on Youtube was to look at a food that you want and then think of it as green. If it doesn't work then make it darker or even moldy in your mind. At least this will make you think about whether you really are hungry or if you really want it. One thing that just worked for me last week (lost 1.5 lbs too) was eating exactly what I wanted. I had ice cream every night for 5 nights. This week, I have no desire for it as I know I can have it. > > > > > > > Hi everyone. I love this group. > > > > I wanted to share a breakthrough that I am having.
