monthly pattern

I have started to notice something. The first 2 weeks of my monthly cycle I am

in tune with my body and IE really seems to be going well for me...then

somewhere between week 3 and 4 all hell breaks loose and I swear I cannot

control the urge to eat. I feel like something has taken over my brain and body

and it says " shove food in " . Now i'm not binging but i'm overeating and snacking

like crazy. It is definitely when i'm not hungry a lot of times too.

So...does anybody else notice this type of pattern? And how on earth do we get

past this???? If i continue with this I will never lose weight - There..I said

it. My biggest fear :( I know it's not very IE'ish of me but I can't help it :(
