Scared to try Valtrex...Help!

Help please my DAN said we should so a trial of Valtrex, Iam so afraid of

viruses becoming permanat with this ...WHat should I do...I have so much about

Why would you think viruses would become permanent with Valtrex? Viruses are already permanent. You can't get rid of them once you are exposed. That's why if you ever test positive for mono (EBV), you'll always test positive, that's why people that have genital herpes have no cure, why people with shingles have to try to live low stress and eat well so as not to flare the shingles again, etc. Every flu you've ever had is still in you. Viruses are strands of DNA or RNA and their are no cures for them. Viruses don't ever leave, they just go through dormant and active phases. You just have to help the immune system in our kids to control it better. Most people control it fine, ours have problems with it.Mutation only occurs if you take the medication incorrectly. And then what it means is that the medication won't work.

What would be the correct dosage and how long should the trial be to see if my

son responds to it. He has responded small bit to everything we have tried.

I want to make sure I do this correctly to see any gains, he will probably get

worse before better rite?

How long should the initilal die off last if any . Thanks in advance !
