We don't have any hot dog buns in the house, but my wife read me the numbers off a package of potato hamburger rolls and they have 25 grams of carbohydrates with 3 or 4 (I forget) grams of fiber. Your hot dog will have little or no carbohydrate, but if you use ketchup, this will. Guest guest
I like the fact these potato rolls have fiber. Regular white flour buns have none as far as I know. At any rate, I probably eat one or two of these a month.
