We don't have any hot dog buns in the house, but my wife read me the numbers off

a package of potato hamburger rolls and they have 25 grams of carbohydrates with

3 or 4 (I forget) grams of fiber.

Your hot dog will have little or no carbohydrate, but if you use ketchup, this

will.

can't find the answer in my carb counter.

ok the deal is my wife wishes for hot dogs for dinner to day. they are all

beef wieners and whole wheat buns. she will have 2 with all the trimmings, but I

thought of only one for me with nothing more then mustard and a small salad with

it. can't find the carb count for the bun or the wiener in my book. does any one

have a clue? if it isn't some thing I should have, then I will make a bigger

salad and be happy. will have her eat them in the bedroom so I can't smell them.

I like the fact these potato rolls have fiber. Regular white flour buns have

none as far as I know. At any rate, I probably eat one or two of these a month.
