ok now for 2 days in a row I have got the shakes along with hot and kind of a

sweat. both times I checked my sugar and yesterday was 109 and to day was 115.

yesterday it happened around eleven and to day around 8-30. both times I took a

zan ex thinking I may be having a panic attack and both times the shaking

feeling went away in 30 minutes give or take. I checked my heart rate both days

and it was fine. I also done the deep breathing ten times slowly and it helped

as well. I don't even know if I am having a panic attack, but when you have had

a few trips to the emergency room with your ticker having trouble, well it is a

thing that I suppose could cause a panic. I've checked my sugar on other days

when it was low and I never felt the shakes like yesterday and to day. could be

my meter isn't always giving me my true reading all the time or our bodies just

do this at different times. when I was running sugar of 300 and more I thought I

felt grate and maybe I did because my body thought that was normal. now I've all

most cut this range in half over the past eight days and it could be it is a

shock to my system and maybe the lower sugar level is making my body think it is

to low. I don't really think it is my heart because it doesn't continue and

after I do take the zan ex it does slowly get better. I don't take zan ex except

when I think I need one and certainly don't wish to make a habit of taking them

daily. I use to think folks who had panic attacks were a bit off there rocker.

now it could be all that kind of attitude is coming around to prove to me it is

real and can happen to the best of us. I made a note of both days and will bring

it up with my heart doc when I see him in April. just was wondering if one of

you maybe know some thing about a panic attack or what ever the shakes are all

about that I'm having only some times and no always. thanks.
