Guest guest
I read a book written by one of their staff members. It's called "What You Can Do Right Now to Help Your Child with Autism". The author is Levy. On Amazon.com, you can take a sneak peek at the book. I have read elsewhere, though I don't recall exactly where, that the Sonrise program is very expensive and seems to work best for extreme and problematic behaviors. I don't know how expensive it is, but after having read the book, I can see that the latter assessment is true; The author dealt with behaviors like constant vomiting or only eating one type of cookie and no other food ever. My kid does not have such an extreme behavior, not yet at least. So, for now, for us, I would not go that route.
