Guest guest
woke up this morning around 2-45 a.m had to go to the boy's room, but I noticed I had the chills or more like the shakes instead. my ticker was faster then normal, but not higher then the 90's. I did take the slow deep breaths like Pat said works for her and it really did help. it took about 30 minutes for the shakes to go away. my sugar when I went to bed was 107 and breakfast this morning was 124. I'm thinking my body may have had a crash around that time of the morning and this may be why I got the shakes again. when the alarm went off at 4-25 I was fine and the ticker was as it should be. I don't have my meter near the bed, but was wondering if you guys think it would be a good idea to have it near in case this was to happen again? I'm all most sure it was the shakes from my body thinking it is to low. the ticker was fine other then a bit fast. I've read that this crash can make the heart speed up some anyway. I believe if I could have my rather, I would prefer the shakes while I'm awake and not from sleeping and wake up that way. I hate to go to the rest room during the night. this is why I woke up and it is also why I stop drinking anything after 4 pm. I go to bed around eight and this is enough time to empty the old bladder and allow me to sleep through the night. just was wondering what you guys think the shakes were? this is day twelve and I'm certainly ready for my body to get with the new program and play fair!
