parasite cleansing

I know that it is recommended to do a parasite cleanse 4 days before a full

moon, but that just isn't going to happen, because I just ordered it and it

won't be here till next week. I suppose I can wait just before the next full

moon, but I was excited to start as soon as I got it. I ordered " Fresh Ground

Cloves " by O.W.Bionics, " Black Walnut Hulls-500 mg " by Nature's Way, and

" Wormwood Combination " by Kroeger Herb. Does anyone know how well these brands

work? Just curious. Also, I am brand new to this and would like to know how many

of each capsules I need to take, at what time of day, and how long to take them

for. I saw some parasite cleansing kits that said you should do it for 21 days

and then stop for 14 days and continue it again a couple more times like that.

Since I am ordering everything separately, I would like to know how to take them

to effectively get rid of the parasites. Also, I would like to treat my whole

family at the same time. I have a 3yr old, so I am not quite sure how to treat

him effectively with these. I did order Liqui-Kelp 2fl oz. Is this just as good

or effective as Lugol's iodine and can I give it to my 3-yr old?

There are foods you can include in your diet that will fight parasites while you're waiting for your supps. You can eat,cranberries, carrots, coconut, garlic, citrus. GSE if you've got it on hand and beta carotene.
