this is my kind of exercise. had me fooled though at first.

Cardiovascular Exercise

This program is difficult, however, once you get going it isn't too bad...

Pass to all 60 yrs and older.

Cardiovascular Exercise Important for Males and Females!!!

The older we get the more important it is to incorporate exercise into our

daily routine. This is necessary to maintain cardiovascular health and

maintain

muscle mass.

If you're over 60, you might want to take it easy at first, then do more

repetitions as you become more proficient and build stamina. Warning: It

may

be too strenuous for some.

Always consult your doctor before starting any exercise program!

I'll be ready for the Olympics in a week or 2! I'm way ahead of you guys

apparently! I bet I hit not only scroll up and down a dozen times each day, but

delete, backspace, and even enter probably hundreds of times!
