Guest guest
Let's remember to change the subject line when changing the nature of the discussion. I'd think anything soft. Yogurt, puddings, maybe even mashed potatoes. I'm not sure what other guidelines or limitations you may have. I mentioned mashed potatoes because, for temporary circumstances when the higher priority is to get food with any nutritional value in you, then they're probably okay. Oh, maybe mashed sweet potatoes. How about some other foods you might puree in a blender? My A1C was 7.4 but in September was 6.5. My cholesterol has greatly improved. I want to say thanks to everyone on the list for all of your comments, especially Mark and others who have bared their souls, which is getting me back on track I have put on about 11 lbs. since September and the doctor wants me to really work on getting the weight down, diet control, and more exercise. I am currently taking Medforimen, Januvia, and Actose. I am a Type 2 as you can tell. Keeping up with this list traffic has become so much more important to me as it makes me have some sort of accountability. I have had a great deal of trouble continuing to use my Advocate meter and know that I should consider it my best friend. Thanks for helping me hang in there even though you may not have known you were doing so.
