Guest guest
As strange as it sounds, the Progresso soup diet is working for me. I started eating the soups because I can eat the rice & potato & tomato soups that don't have flour in them. A whole can usually does not even have 300 calories in it. Between that and reducing the Prednisone I am actually losing a little of my fluffiness. It has a lot of salt in it but I am already on Lasix. My August I will be down to 5 mg every other day.
