the saw bones lowered my units last week to 17 twice a day, but being the

cheap pig that I am, lowered my own dose to 15 twice a day instead. the reason I

done this is by using 30 total for the day and not 34 as he said means my flex

pen will last exactly ten days doing the 15 morning and night. now the q is will

this make that much difference in my sugar readings? I have noticed by my

records that my readings are running about 10 points higher then they were last

week, well maybe 8 days ago. none of my readings are higher then 120 even since

I lowered it my self from 17 to 15 units. the diet is the same and the exercise

is the same as well. still taking the cinnamon twice a day as normal. I have no

clue if this makes a difference in my sugar or not, but do like the fact the

pack that cost me $90 for 5 pens will last longer and not make me have to use up

one and use another to make up the difference. I will call the office this week

and tell on my self so they will have record of it in case it makes a big

difference some way. I do recall when I seen this doc the first time and he was

showing me the pen and how to work it, he did say if I was off a click or two it

wouldn't hurt. this is the main reason why I lowered my own dose to 15. my

numbers the past seven days are running around 104 102 108 and 112. like I said

none are close to 120, but they have went up a bit since I was taking the 20 of

a morning and 17 at dinner. an your opinion is???
