Swan's frozen turkey dinner

This frozen meal is an acceptable " instant " meal because the container

contains only turkey and veggies. I have rinsed off the gravy, but it's

probably not all that damaging. You can add a slice of whole grain bread, or

not, and a low carb fruit for dessert, and you've got a decent meal.

We haven't gotten these for a while just because. But a couple weeks ago,

the latest sales guy for our route knocked on the door and I told him we

were trying to save money. He said their prices haven't gone up all that

much, which surprised me since they deliver. Turns out, the freezer trucks

they drive around are propane powered.
