Guest guest Posted April 11, 2012 Report Share Posted April 11, 2012 Confectioners Sugar 1 1/2 cups splenda 4 TBS cornstarch 6 TBS non fat dry milk or coffee creamer Mix and pour into blender or food processor and process until it's a fine consistency.
