Guest guest Posted March 10, 2011 Report Share Posted March 10, 2011 I had my appt with my DAN ysterday.I asked him about LDN and he gave me the prescription for LDn.We have been doing biomedical for 2 years with very little gains.He has most of his basic supplements(multi.vit,vitA,vitD,Omegas,zinc,ca,mg,iodine,custom probiotics,Ole,milk thistle,folinic acid,B6,B12) and good natural antiyeast protocol(GSE,OOO,Biotin,SCD diet with no flours) .We are at the 4th round of AC chelation.My sun does has measels,mumps and tetnus antibodies high.I want do some good number of AC chelation rounds before i start antivirals. My questions are Is this a good time to start LDN?Do i need to have any thing on board to start LDN?What are the side effects of LDN?what should i expect from LDN?I know its a immuno modulator but i want to know parents experience.my son is 4.2 yr. Still doensn't respond to name and doesn't have any social skills.does lot of stimming,sensory issues and scripting.he does has a very good expressive labeling and say "i want" and completely potty trained.So confused about to start LDN now.Any input and suggestions?Thank youNazeema Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Guest guest Posted March 10, 2011 Report Share Posted March 10, 2011 Our son is on it about 18 months is is one of the few supplements we have stuck with,we didnt notice any side effects but some kids may be restless for a few nights,you give after 9 at nite. what i have noticed is thet his yeast issues are under control,also he went from never being sick to now ,catching same colds etc as rest of family even the swine flu before christmas but unlike befoe he seems to be able to fight things of without antibiotics etc. there are no known interactions with other drugs,i really like it LDN website has lots of info good luck I had my appt with my DAN ysterday.I asked him about LDN and he gave me the prescription for LDn.
