Guest guest
Sorry about the typo. I really should reread my messages before sending them out!! Hope everyone has a great Easter or Passover. _____ From: blind-diabetics [mailto:blind-diabetics ] On Behalf Of dave Bond Sent: Sunday, April 08, 2012 5:10 AM To: blind-diabetics Subject: Checking blood sugars, was: Re: soda does not have as many carbs as you think The 500 plus number of grams of carbohydrate for a can of soda Pat typed was an obvious typo. 45 grams is about 3 slices of bread. So, this really doesn't work very good for us. Plus, this kind of carbohydrate will go into your blood stream immediately and spike your bg. Not at all what we want. Maybe that was a type o but, my wife checked to be sure today, and infact, the whole can of regular soda had 170 calories but only 46 grams of carbs for the whole can. I just wanted to clarify this for the person who said this. later -- Email services provided by the System Access Mobile Network. Visit www.serotek.com to learn more about accessibility anywhere.
