The 500 plus number of grams of carbohydrate for a can of soda Pat typed was

an obvious typo.

45 grams is about 3 slices of bread. So, this really doesn't work very good

for us. Plus, this kind of carbohydrate will go into your blood stream

immediately and spike your bg. Not at all what we want.

soda does not have as many carbs as you think

Hi, this is especially for the person who made the comment that regular

soda 12 oz can had 575 carbs in it.

Maybe that was a type o but, my wife checked to be sure today, and

infact, the whole can of regular soda had 170 calories but only 46

grams of carbs for the whole can.

I just wanted to clarify this for the person who said this.
