Guest guest
As a scientist you have to know I am a numbers guy. I know they are boring, but that is what scientist do, count numbers over and over again and again until a pattern emerges. We scientist like to keep the number of variables restricted in doing our work. For instance there are only three primary sources of food energy available for your body. You know them as carbohydrates, proteins and fat. Now I do not know for sure which of these sources gets primacy in your digestive system. If you think you know, let me know for sure. They have already figured out how many calories are in each gram of carbohydrate, 4 calories, protein, 4 calories, fat, 9 calories, And they have already figured out how many calories it takes to equal a pound of weight, 3500. Don't be fooled! Scientist try to make the complex as simple as possible, so that getting a grasp of the facts is made more understandable. Inquiring minds want to know, Harry Ridiculous!
