Can't seem to recognize that satisfied feeling

Hello all! After overcoming anorexia in high school, then yo-yo dieting for

about 10 years, and now compulsive overeating, I've completely had it! I have

tried IE before, but in all honesty, it fueled my overeating. However, my

weight is now at it's highest, and it's time to get on with life. I am sick and

tired of being so out of control with food. I do believe that I definitely use

food to " numb " my emotions. I know that I have to just pause and be with my

feelings instead of running for food. The biggest problem I'm having right now

besides pausing is recognizing what it's like to feel satisfied. The anorexia,

then years of yo-yo dieting have totally destroyed my " full " feeling. Any tips

on how to get it back? I've eaten many, many times to the point of where my

stomach hurts, but can't recognize the subtle full feelings. Any help would be

very much appreciated!
