I have known for awhile that I'm an emotional eater... have and going through alot of changes... also under pressure because I haven't been able to find employment; was laid off. But regardless, I can't keep doing this " eating thing.. that I do. " I do exercise, but then end up sabotoging my efforts and I need to lose weight for both my physical and mental health. So where's a good place to start as far as your " files and articles..etc... " I need to stop this cycle of emotional eating...
