Guest guest
Pack an ice chest survival kit. Cheese sticks, beef jerky, protein drinks, such as Isopure, sliced turkey or chicken, protien powders, water etc... you get the picture. Don't leave home without it!! As far as eating, I am very disciplined and am not worried about temptation or things disagreeing with me (I have few side effects). I am concerned about getting enough protein. As these friends are previous parents from where I teach, I don't want to put them out too much. They do know about the surgery, I am fairly open. I also want to make sure I get the right amount of food/protein as I am usually using my online food diary. Does anyone have any tips on how they handle these things or did around this stage?
