My Dr just started me on it yesterday.. I am taking 150mg 2x a day..or I

will be;-) I took for pill tonight and it took awhile but has made me very

sleepy..Which is fine to me.. I don't think I could take it in the morning

and then have to run errands that's for sure!

I guess it depends on the Dr on how much and how often to take it??

and tomorrow, I am going to try one in the morning to bring me up to the

beginning dosage of 150. I have been doing 1 per day because of the loopy

side effects I had when I first started with 2 a day.
