Glad your doc was able to reassure you about some stuff. I feel it's all

going to work out in the end. Hope you got some good sleep last night.

I am not sure whether the doc or anyone else told you, but social

security automatically denies more than 60% (some say as much as

75-80%) on the first round. They often attack credibility w/a wide

brush, so I would agree that if it is your first denial, just be sure

to file your appeal letter w/in the 60 day time period, (seems like it

was 6o?) or whatever was stated in your denial letter. Talk to your

lawyer. You know your body and your case better than anyone, so just

keep trying to " educate " your lawyer!

It was the insurance disability that denied me. I am just filing SSD. I have a

lawyer handling the SSD and I'm turning over the insurance disability to another

lawyer. I know denials are their first, second, and maybe third policies. I'm

just hoping to get something sooner rather than later. If I get it later I

guess I'll get caught up somehow.
