Guest guest Posted February 15, 2012 Report Share Posted February 15, 2012 is it ok if this is the only thing i have like at lunch then one at dinner i am haveing to find something i can do thats already portioned out and dont have to cook . i am staying at my moms and to make things simplier around here dinners like this is better amy stemer bowls what do you all think about the healthy choice steamer bowls i have lost 5 pounds this last week just eating the steamer bowls for lunch and dinner and breakfast i have been doing oatmeal . and grnola bars i know i need to add some fruit in here but i have to tell you i feal so much better . amy Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
