I know you said you don't have insurance, but to me it would seem you need to be on IV antibiotics to treat that infection and then be able to have your gallbaldder out. The infection is a life or death matter as will the gallbladder become if not removed. I believe by law, there has to be a hospital to treat you. Take care.
