Fundraiser/auction for the R.A.P.E FOUNDATION

Greetings to all on this beautiful morning....!!! What a wonderful day

I had yesterday....I have a myspace account where I have been working

on raising much needed funds for the local Las Vegas R.A.P.E

FOUNDATION. The economy has knocked the wind out of my financial

sails, being self-employed has been rough this past year. It seems

with so many people going into foreclosure on their homes there is

little money or desire to have family portraits done. I feel I have

been on " the edge " ..doing my best to not come from fear or poverty

consciousness. I have been pushing the auction of imported and antique

jewelry with the hopes of raising much needed funding for myself and

the foundation I am working for and yesterday I truly felt I was

screaming at the computer and all who were on-line to " HEAR ME!! " ..as

a survivor and victor over a past laden with violence(child

abuse,assaults,etc) I just want to be of service to those who are in

need beccause I am and have been there myself.

To my extreme delight two truly beautiful,loving women heard my call

for help..I am far better at giving help than asking!!! Liane Llegey

and Karma showed up...and my feelings of fear and desperation

began to diminish rapidly. I had the pleasure of talking on the phone

with Liane for about two hours!!!!! What a delightful woman!!!

Liane,YOU truly blessed my day!! It looks like we are going to be

working together to sell the amazing collection of jewelry I have

accumulated from overseas. So much of what I purchased last year

helped women and children in the Middle East and Asia to feed their

children...my intent was to do just that. I got a message from a

family in Morocco (an American man with a Moroccan wife and child)

...they had been evicted from their home because he was American..and

they were on the street with little Sallah..their infant son when I

started purchasing treasures from them. The message I received was

beautiful..through my purchases they were able to stop sleeping in

alleys,they secured an apartment and even had enough to purchase a

dormitory sized refrigerator!!! The show of love and gratitude truly

warmed my heart...I am all about making a difference in people's lives.

So...after lengthy discussions with Liane..we came up with an

idea...to sell the jewelry I have through Humanity Healing..(some of

which is museum pieces,exotic and rare finds from impoverished

nations)..with 20% going to assist those in need. I am beyond

delighted!!! With the purchasing I did last year I helped many around

the world...and now to be able to sell this collection and assist

more...well..it's the next phase of Paying it Forward!!!

here...and don't want to over-step any rules or regulations here. When

I get the word that permission is granted to post here I will make the

information available to all of you. We are ALL Stewards..we are all

ONE..this is my way of being a hand up ...it takes such little effort

on each individual to improve the life and chances of another...random

acts of kindness...
