Guest guest
Thanks Mike and I thought I was the only one stuck at the same weight. I've been 250 for the last couple of weeks, the scale finally moved 1/2 lb, but I am not confident it will continue declining at the rate I want. I think I may have to (gasp) go to a Jazzercise class this week to take my body to the next step. Guest guest
I cant figure this out......If I took in 1,000 calories in a day I would be SHOCKED! So why the hell do I stay the same weight and even gain weight on some days! WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If I had not had surgery and was eating like this I feel that I would be losing weight, so why do I stay at the same weight now?!?!?!?! The dam train isnt even working right now! I gained a pound since yesturday and took in only protein and did a water work out! Its just about enough to make me say screw it...... Mike T <-----NOT A HAPPY CAMPER! Guest guest
STOP FOCUSING on the numbers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Are you healthy??? Are you healthier??? Just do what you are supposed to do. let your body do what it does best: work for you, not against you. In the end that's all that really matters. my humble opinion, anyways...! _____ From: GastricBypass-LOSERS [mailto:GastricBypass-LOSERS ] On Behalf Of Mike Tune Sent: Tuesday, September 05, 2006 12:55 PM To: GastricBypass-LOSERS Subject: Re: Re: I need a frist class ticket for this ride... Guest guest
Mike, Step back from the scale! The scale will make you crazy if you are weighing every day / several times a week. Keep to the basics and the weight will come off. Guest guest
Step away from the scale. LOL! Look at the big picture. Are you close still getting looser? Are you feeling better? All that matters. Not just the #s. W 380/315/160 Mike Tune wrote: > I cant figure this out......If I took in 1,000 calories in a day I would be > SHOCKED! Guest guest
I have decided to do my best to stay away from the scale for one week.. just one week. (yeah right) but I am going to try to weigh myself next Wed. I am losing inches and feeling better, I want to concentrate on that. Mike Tune wrote: I guess your right, but if I did do that I would have spent all week thinking I was doing good, and then got on the scale today and would have gained a pound this week! But I will take a shot at that......... Mike T Re: Re: I need a frist class ticket for >> this >> ride... >> >> >> Thanks Mike and >> >> I thought I was the only one stuck at the same weight.
