Re:Life for FMS/CFS Sufferers

Rab: I have been diagnosed with Lupus and

Fibromyalgia. I have been diagnosed for 15 years.

After my diagnoses I live a preety normal life, even

though I was in pain all the time. I did have my bad

days and there were times when it affect my life very

much. The last three years have been the worst for me.

I so work full time, but in the last year I have had

to give up almost everything except my job. I no

longer do things with friends, family. I have cut my

life back to going to work and then coming home and

staying home. I do nothing in the evening except eat

supper and then getting on the internet for a short

period of time and then laying on the couch and then

going to bed early. That is the way my life is now and

that is the way I think my life will be for the

future. I have hoping to be able to retire in three

years.
