Guest guest
OK, maybe I'm asking a stupid question here but can someone help me sort this out to understand this? Is there a difference between a supplement that's an Omega 369 and a CLO? Let me explain why I ask... We had a little Yummi Bears Omega 369 fiasco last week. I had an unopened bottle of it from a while back in one my closets and she got into it and sees gummy bears and went hog wild before I noticed she had them. She must've eaten about 30 of these things. But the weirdest thing happened. She had the best week ever. She had been on CLO before but with no effect at all. She didn't get worse or better from it. I noticed that on the label of our Kirkmans CLO, it gives the DHA and EPA contents. With the Omega 369 gummies, it listed the amounts by Omega 3 (alpha linoleic acid) Omega 6 (linoleic acid) Omega 9 (oleic acid). What's the difference? I want to find a supplement that will achieve the same results as the Yummi Bears incident but I don't want the sugar in it and I want a proper one. Can someone explain to me what the difference is? Or if there's no difference, could it be that she had more in the Yummi Bear incident and it means that I should be supplementing more CLO? I'm kind of confused about the labels on Omega 369s and on CLOs. What do these mean?
