Welcome aboard ! I'm relatively new as well and haven't been

diagnosed but if I look at the " typical symptoms " of fibro, well I

have 'em all. I am set to go to the rheum on the 17th; my GP feels that

fibro and possibly CFS are likely but since I'm on medical disability

for my asthma and allergies, they want an " official " to make that call

to help in my disability " fight " .

One thing I will say about IBS is that when I became T2 diabetic and

had to bulk up my fiber, my first thought was " great, now I'm going to

own Angel Soft! " . However, when I eat like the dietician recommended

for the diabetes (with the added fiber and veggies and fruits),

surprise, surprise, some of the worst symptoms of IBS are gone.

Unfortunately, eating out causes it to flare so I am cooking most of

the time, even when I don't feel like it. Can you say homemade crockpot

meals??
