Guest guest Posted March 16, 2012 Report Share Posted March 16, 2012 as they say, the proof is in the pudding! if you are still kicking and not having bad side effects from poor sugar control, then I would say you are doing it right! doctors go by a text book that covers most folks in general. however, each person should do what works best for them as a individual if it works best for them. not all treatment fits all. we are all different. So I say you guys here keep throwing out your opinions on how and what has worked for you and we who do see the doc specialist can use both and maybe educate a couple while we are at it.
