Guest guest
the saw bones said to eat a snack between meals or at bed time if I feel I need one. so would this be like sugar free jello, walnuts, sugar free pudding, boiled egg, peanuts, pork rimes, or what else? the pork rimes may be out for me. they are high in fat, but low in carbs. right now I'm doing fine with no snacks and not getting hungry between meals. I eat breakfast at 5 a.m, lunch at 11-30 a.m and dinner with the wife at 5-30 and we hit the sack at 8 pm. seems kind of early to most folks, but when the alarm goes off at 4-30, it sure don't feel like you got enough sleep right when you get up. so just in case later up the road I get in the mood for a snack that isn't going to send my sugar out the roof, give me some ideas please and I will make a note of them. celery and peanut butter sounds really good, but my idea of peanut butter is maybe a table spoon on each piece of celery.
