i agree with everyone's answers on this one.

Here's a specific example for me:

Last Thursday, was going to eat out for MIL's birthday. I ate a small

breakfast and lunch so I could save my points. I had a small snack

(a pear) before we went to the restaurant. When we got there I drank

lots of water to fill my tummy and had ONE piece of bread from the

breadbowl. I ordered the grilled King Salmon. It was supposed to

come with gnocchi but I asked to substitute vegetables instead. For

dessert I had a cup of coffee and a bite of DH's chocolate cake.

Whew...dodged a bullet there...the creme brulee was calling out to

me!

That experience incorporated all that I've learned from WW. Plan

your meals, use your points wisely, eat more fruit/veggies, drink

water, don't be afraid to ask for substitutions at a restaurant,

choose wisely, keep the dessert monster at bay. All in one night!

Whew, what a difference WW has made!
