This is just a guess, but maybe Tzanck? In Taber's, I found Tzanck cell

which is a degenerated cell from the keratin layer of the skin, disconnected

from adjacent cells. It is seen in pemphigus. There is also a Tzanck test

which is the examination of cells scraped from the lower surface of a

vesicle to determine the underlying disease (e.g., infection with a

herpesvirus).

Just a guess though! :o)

S/L SHENKER'S

BEEN PRESENT FOR TWO WEEKS.

O: SMALL AREA OF FOLLICULITIS WITHOUT VESICLES. NO DYSURIA. NO SHANKER'S.

A: FOLLICULITIS.
