Guest guest
This is just a guess, but maybe Tzanck? In Taber's, I found Tzanck cell which is a degenerated cell from the keratin layer of the skin, disconnected from adjacent cells. It is seen in pemphigus. There is also a Tzanck test which is the examination of cells scraped from the lower surface of a vesicle to determine the underlying disease (e.g., infection with a herpesvirus). Just a guess though! ) S/L SHENKER'S Can anyone help with this one: S: SMALL PIMPLES OVER THE SHAFT OF THE PENIS. HE IS CONCERNED THAT THIS MAY BE SYPHILIS. HE HAS HAD NO SHANKER.
