I too, grind my teeth even when I am awake. It is because of tension and pain.

I grind my teeth constantly. My husband gets so angry at me sometimes. I

don't have alot of my back teeth left, as when I turned forty they just seemed

to go to crap. I was at the dentist quite a bit, then my eyes got bad also.

Forty was a bad age for me.
