v tach or v-tach?

Hi,

I am still waiting for Steds cardiology word book arrival.

My doc is dictating v tach and I am supposed to transcribe as

dictated.

Steds abbreviation shows it as v tach (without hyphen)

What does Steds cardiology word book say?

Help pl.

Thanks.

Deepika.
