This week I went off all gluten for 4 days (believe me, it wasn't easy!).

And it appeared to make no difference at all for me. However, my allergies

have really been affecting me (which I have noticed in the past is probably

my worst trigger) this week so I think any potential positive effect might

have been cancelled out. I plan to try it again once my allergies have

subsided--and of course just because it didn't work for me doesn't mean it

won't work for everybody.
